2. We send you an email with ZOOM meeting link for your chosen date/hour. Also instructions on how to use ZOOM App. Share the link with your team for them to connect as well. Best experience is on pc/laptop instead of phone.

Follow the simple sign up steps to ZOOM. Enable access to your microphone and camera. After your reservation we will send you a scheduled meeting link for your preferred date and time.

We have set the maximum connection to be 12. Although you might have trouble understanding who is talking and you might need to define one or two members of your team as leaders that give the final commands to Agent X (live avatar – actor).

We suggest you have less devices connected with more people in each one of them.
For Example instead of 8 different connection from 8 people its better to have 4 connections of 2 people in each device.
